When you make a booking with us, all confirmations are made in writing, either by email or texts, depending on what information you gave us. These details are kept on our database so that we can contact you regarding existing, future and potential bookings. The same applies for information we use if we contact you for marketing purposes. We often send show posters, information and invoices this way, along with the booking terms and conditions. We will also have any relevant information, which is needed for the purposes of the booking such as the venue address and contact number.

Google Analytics is a free service offered by Google that generates detailed statistics about the visitors to our partner websites. All user data is entirely anonymous.

Occasionally, we send out emails promoting new shows, offers and discounts. We may contact you about a current, future or past booking to request further information if needed or to discuss payment. We may need to advice you on changes that are relevant to the website, contact information or a booking. All contact will only be related to Brian Shaw and acts managed or represented by the Brian Shaw Entertainments Group.
Your choices
If at any time you want to opt out of receiving these updates, please just respond to tell us, and you will immediately be removed from our mailing list. However, we do have to keep your contact details on file until an upcoming show has been performed and payment has been made. We may also keep your details on file as a reminder to not contact you again. If you would like all your information completely deleted, then please let me know and we will do so, however once “forgotten” you may be contacted in the future if we have no evidence of contacting you previously or you contact us again regarding future bookings or events. We currently operate an “implied consent” policy, which means that by not-opting out, We assume you are happy with this usage.

We will let you know at the bottom of this page the date it was last updated.
